In Genesis 12:3, all of the families of the earth are Blessed through Abram because CHRIST comes through Abram. So, those that Bless that (meaning come to CHRIST) are Blessed whether they are of physical Israel or not. CHRIST is the Blessing. I present this article as my opinion based on what I see as I read these verses. The reader should form his or her own opinion based upon what the reader sees as he or she thinks upon the verses.
Genesis 11:27 Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.
Genesis 11:28 And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.
Genesis 11:29 And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram's wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.
Genesis 11:30 But Sarai was barren; she had no child.
Genesis 11:31 And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.
Genesis 11:32 And the days of Terah were two hundred and five years: and Terah died in Haran.
[
Note:
If you have ever wondered why Abram would take his nephew Lot along with him when Abram left his country and family, it’s my opinion that it is brotherly love. Notice verses Genesis 11:28 and 31 (above). Lot’s father was Haran, and Haran died in the land of Ur. It’s just a thought that I wanted to mention. It does not mean that it is the actual reason that Lot went with Abram.
]
Genesis 12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
[
Note:
In Genesis 12:1 (above), it says that the LORD “had said” unto Abram to get out of his country. This could mean that it was in Haran where Terah had died that the LORD spoke to Abram, or it may have been before that as far back as when he was in Ur and may have had something to do with them leaving Ur in the first place. Either way, the LORD’S command for Abram to leave his country and kindred would take him away from Babylon and the tower of babel. So, Abram was told to get out of confusion (Babylon). The tower of babel is symbolic of the one world system, which is the beast of Revelation 13:1. The beast of Revelation 13:1 is known as Babylon the great. Babylon means confusion. It is also important to note that even though ALL of the families of the earth are Blessed through Abram because Abram is the seedline to CHRIST, that it is Abram’s actual seed that will finish The End Time Temple Of The LORD. Abram’s actual seed will be the 144,000 that are Sealed in Revelation chapter seven. They are known as Zerubbabel and are born in confusion (end time Babylon), but they come out of confusion when they hear the testimonies of GOD’S 7000 and finish The End Time Temple Of Wood, wood = trees = people. Zerubbabel will make end time Babylon as a plain, and will cry “Grace, Grace unto it” as he brings forth the Stone (which is the Cornerstone) of that great nation which will rule for a thousand years. Romans 9:1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
Romans 9:2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.
Romans 9:3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:
Romans 9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;
Romans 9:5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
Romans 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
Romans 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Romans 9:9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son.
Romans 9:10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
Romans 9:11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)

Note:
In Romans nine above, the seed is to CHRIST, but they which are the children of the flesh are not the children of GOD. The seed is for the children of the promise. Since all of the families of the earth are not in the direct flesh seedline to CHRIST, the Blessing is not to the children of the flesh, but to those that are in CHRIST. Those that are in CHRIST are the children of GOD.

Genesis 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
Genesis 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
[
Note:
But what about where it says "curse him that curseth thee" in Genesis 12:3? First of all, it's "Bless them", which is plural. Second, it's "curse him", which is singular. My opinion (unless straightened out by whomever straightens me out) is that the "him" that is cursed is satan. All the families of the earth are Blessed because of CHRIST, but the devil tried to stop the seed of CHRIST. The devil bruised CHRIST'S Heel, and the word “curse” in Genesis 12:3 means bitterly curse, and CHRIST will bruise (or crush) satan’s head.

Daniel 2:31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
Daniel 2:32 This image's head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,
Daniel 2:33 His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.
Daniel 2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
Daniel 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
[
Note:
A mountain (as shown in Daniel 2:35 above) is symbolic of a nation or kingdom. I think that the great nation in Genesis 12:2 is the mountain that fills the entire earth, meaning CHRIST will reign for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Revelation 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
